At THE CREDOS, we take great care in our artisan craftsmanship. Because our art is thoughtfully created and made to order, our shipping process includes a dedicated production window to ensure the highest quality for every piece.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Only (USA)

At this time, we exclusively ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Production & Processing Time

  • Made to Order: Every piece is custom-produced upon your purchase.

  • Processing Window: Please allow 2 business days for our artisan team to print, frame, and package your art before it is handed over to the carrier.

  • Business Days: Processing and shipping occur Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Estimated Delivery

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

  • Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Title and Risk of Loss

Once THE CREDOS transfers your products to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.

Damaged Shipments

If your artisan decor arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy. Contact us at concierge@thecredos.com within 30 business days with photos of the damage and packaging so we can arrange a replacement.
