Refund policy

At The Credos, every piece is bespoke and made to order specifically for you. Because of this custom process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrect sizing.

However, we are committed to ensuring your art arrives perfectly. If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, we will provide a full replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a replacement.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in our craftsmanship, but we understand that issues can happen during transit. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at concierge@thecredos.com within 14 business days. To expedite a replacement, please include:

1. Your order number.

2. Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

As an artisan shop, we cannot accept returns on made to order products including wall art, special orders, or sale items. If you have questions about a specific piece, please reach out to us before purchasing.
